Director of Sales and Marketing
Amanda Stewart brings 10 years of experience working in senior living and the medical field. She began her career journey as a certified nursing assistant but found her passion in sales and marketing. She has experience working in skilled nursing, private duty care management, hospice, assisted living and memory care. Amanda loves helping families navigate the decision process of moving to senior living, finding their new home and helping them through the aging journey.
When she isn’t working, Amanda enjoys hiking, gardening, and spending time with her family and pets.

Celeste Honeycutt
Business Office Director
Celeste Honeycutt is the Business Office director for Solstice Senior Living at Lodi. Celeste brings over a decade of successful experience in finance and management to the team. She specializes in management and is always looking to educate and develop strengths in employees. A strong believer in the power of positive thinking in the workplace, Celeste prefers to develop relationships and bridge the gap between management, employees and residents. Celeste enjoys gardening and spending time with her husband and four children.

Recklie Hortizuela
Culinary Services Director
Recklie “Ricky” Hortizuela joined Solstice Senior Living at Lodi in 2008. He began his career as a dishwasher and worked his way up to eventually become the Culinary Service director. His main goal is to serve each resident to the best of his ability and prepare amazing food every day. Ricky received his culinary degree from Quality College in the Fresno area. He lives with his wife, Bianca, in the Stockton area.
